1. Sufficiency of petition. The State, ex rel., v. Kelly, 2 Kan. App. 178, 193, 43 P. 299.

2. Certain acts of county commissioners valid. The State, ex rel., v. Majors, 16 Kan. 440; Loper v. The State, 48 Kan. 540, 551, 29 P. 687.

3. Verified report of examination not competent evidence of treasury's condition. The State v. Krause, 58 Kan. 651, 655, 50 P. 882.

4. "Funds of the county" means all moneys in the treasury. Myers v. Kiowa County, 60 Kan. 189, 192, 56 P. 11.
