19-537. Penalty for violating K.S.A. 19-531 through 19-537. If any such treasurer or clerk shall willfully disregard any of the provisions of this act, he shall upon conviction thereof be adjudged guilty of a misdemeanor, and be fined in any sum not exceeding five hundred dollars, and removed from office.
