19-1928. Deed for former jail or jail site. Upon arranging for such disposition of such real estate, the board of county commissioners of such county shall convey such real estate by proper deed of conveyance, and such deed shall transfer and convey to the grantee therein all the interests of the said county and the board of county commissioners in such real estate so formerly used as a county jail.
