22-2510. When search warrant may be executed. A search warrant may be executed at any time of any day or night.

CASE ANNOTATIONS

1. Although 22-2510 permits execution of search warrants at any time, it is not a blanket exception to reasonable searches and is constitutional. State v. Shively, 26 K.A.2d 302, 309, 987 P.2d 1119 (1999).
