2. Held that a voluntary conservatorship deprives the conservatee of the capacity to contract and convey away property inter vivos that would diminish the conservatorship estate. Citizens State Bank& Trust Co. v. Nolte, 226 Kan. 443, 447, 451, 601 P.2d 1110.
