60-519. Suits stayed by injunction. Whenever the commencement of any action shall be stayed by an injunction of any court, the time during which such injunction shall be in force shall not be deemed any portion of the time limit for the commencement of such action.

1. Automatic stay provision in bankruptcy proceeding tolls running of statute of limitations. Turner & Boisseau, Chtd. v. Lowrance, 18 K.A.2d 332, 337, 852 P.2d 517 (1993).

2. State automatic bankruptcy stay duration on dormant judgment lien on real estate loans does not conflict with federal bankruptcy law. St. Joseph Dev. Corp. v. Sequenzia, 25 K.A.2d 514, 518, 968 P.2d 682 (1998).
