CASE ANNOTATIONS

1. Ordinance regulating use of streets by oil transport trucks held valid. Ash v. Gibson, 145 K. 825, 833, 67 P.2d 1101. Modified: 146 K. 756, 74 P.2d 136.

2. Trucker held contract carrier; private and contract carriers distinguished; unlicensed contract carrier's contract illegal. Roddy v. Hill Packing Co., 156 K. 706, 713, 137 P.2d 215.

3. Contract carrier's employee not employee as subcontractor of malt beverage distributor. Waterbury v. Riss & Company, 169 K. 271, 272, 289, 219 P.2d 673.

4. Procedure and standards prescribed as prerequisites to granting contract carrier permits stated and applied; commission's findings upheld; permits properly granted. Class I Rail Carriers v. State Corporation Commission, 191 K. 201, 204, 206, 380 P.2d 396.
