72-3811. Same; billing and payment, times. Whenever tuition of a student is to be paid by the school district in which the student is enrolled as specified in provision (2) of subsection (d) of K.S.A. 72-3810, and amendments thereto, the amount of tuition shall be billed by the area vocational school or a community college which is consolidated with an area vocational school or area vocational-technical school under the provisions of K.S.A. 71-1701 through 71-1706, to the school district in which the student is enrolled approximately at the commencement of the fifth week of the term to which such tuition applies, and such tuition shall be paid by the school district receiving the billing at the next regular board meeting following receipt of the bill.
