1. Failure to require presentence investigation for defendant sentenced under 21-4618 not prejudicial error. State v. Korbel, 231 K. 657, 664, 647 P.2d 1301 (1982).
2. While sentencing court can make recommendations regarding rehabilitation (21-4620), secretary of corrections determines where sentence will be served. State v. Bennett, 240 K. 575, 577, 731 P.2d 284 (1987).
3. Exculpatory value of seven-year-old psychiatric report examined. State v. Smith, 245 K. 381, 388, 781 P.2d 666 (1989).
