8-268. Any person who shall violate any provision of this act, unless otherwise specifically provided, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction, unless otherwise specifically provided, shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500) or be sentenced to the county jail for a period of not more than ninety (90) days or both such fine and imprisonment.
