CASE ANNOTATIONS

1. Damage action; passing on left side at intersection forbidden. Gabel v. Hanby, 165 Kan. 116, 128, 193 P.2d 239.

2. Violation of clause (b)(2) caused by driver of other vehicle not contributory negligence. Hubbard v. Allen, 168 Kan. 695, 698, 699, 215 P.2d 647.

3. Applied; plaintiff not contributorily negligent as a matter of law. Garrison v. Denton, 170 Kan. 79, 82, 223 P.2d 718.

4. Collision proximately resulting from driving on wrong side of road; actionable negligence. Beecher v. Stepanian, 170 Kan. 201, 204, 224 P.2d 1017.
