CASE ANNOTATIONS

1. Duty of driver approaching through highway stated and applied. Revell v. Bennett, 162 Kan. 345, 350, 176 P.2d 538.

2. Instructions as to violations of section where conviction under G.S. 1949, 21-420; no error. State v. McNichols, 188 Kan. 582, 585, 586, 587, 363 P.2d 467.

3. Applied in wrongful death action; duty of driver approaching "Yield Right-of-Way" sign is same as driver approaching "Stop" sign when approaching vehicle constitutes immediate hazard. Harbaugh v. Darr, 200 Kan. 610, 613, 614, 438 P.2d 74.
