CASE ANNOTATIONS

1. Owner given twenty-nine days' notice; overseer cannot cut hedge. Hartman v. Baldwin, 103 K. 764, 766, 176 P. 115.

2. Complaint must point out fence with some degree of particularity. The State v. Groenmiller, 108 K. 840, 841, 197 P. 207.

3. Section fails to declare hedges nuisances or provide for damages. Goodaile v. Cowley County, 111 K. 542, 544, 207 P. 785.

4. Service of notice by mail sufficient if received by owner. Chaput v. Demars, 120 K. 273, 277, 243 P. 311. Rehearing denied: 120 K. 612, 244 P. 1042.
