44-1039. Unlawful act; perjury. Any person intentionally and falsely swearing, testifying, affirming, declaring or subscribing to any material fact upon any oath or affirmation required by the Kansas act against discrimination shall be deemed guilty of perjury as defined in K.S.A. 2022 Supp. 21-5903, and amendments thereto.
