48-3020. (KCMJ Art. 87a) Resistance, breach of arrest and escape. Any person subject to this code shall be punished at the direction of a commanding officer if such person:
(a) Resists apprehension;
(b) breaks arrest; or
(c) escapes from physical restraint, custody or confinement lawfully imposed.
