66-2015. Preemption of act. The commission shall not enforce any provision of this act nor any order entered by authority of this act which is specifically preempted by the federal act.

CASE ANNOTATIONS

1. Kansas telecommunications act of 1996 (66-2001 et seq.) does not conflict with or violate federal telecommunications act. Citizens' Utility Ratepayer Bd. v. Kansas Corporation Comm'n, 264 K. 363, 379, 956 P.2d 685 (1998).
