72-2154. Special teachers' licenses. The state board of education, upon being satisfied as to the general qualifications of an applicant to teach, may in its discretion issue a special license and specify on the face of such license the subject or subjects that the holder of the license is authorized to teach. It shall be unlawful for the holder of a license on the face of which is specified the subjects to teach any subjects not so specified.
