72-2234. Costs for mediation and fact-finding. All of the costs incurred for mediation under K.S.A. 72-2232 and for fact-finding under K.S.A. 72-2233, shall be borne equally by the board of education and the professional employees' organization involved therein. The payment of such costs shall be at such time and in such manner as is determined by the secretary.

3. School board's reduction of teachers' salaries by board's attorney fees and other negotiation and mediation expenses prohibited. U.S.D. No. 279 v.
