CASE ANNOTATIONS

1. Fee not paid, court should dismiss action of own accord. Ditzen v. Given, 139 Kan. 506, 510, 32 P.2d 448.

2. No additional fee required because liability increased by accumulated interest and taxes. Frost v. Kirkpatrick, 141 Kan. 517, 518, 41 P.2d 719.

3. Statute held inapplicable to mortgages recorded before its passage. Brattleboro Savings Bank v. Arbegast, 142 Kan. 293, 294, 46 P.2d 884.

4. Act is inapplicable to mortgages executed before March 1, 1925. Fidelity Nat. Bank & T. Co. v. Cloninger, 142 Kan. 558, 559, 51 P.2d 35.
